Ulartoto Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ulartoto. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ulartoto ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by ulartoto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Ulartoto platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the Ulartoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. Ulartoto has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage members.
• Not subject to any law or regulation that prohibits you from using online gambling services.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

Ulartoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is received. Should it be established that a member provided false information regarding their age, the account will be terminated immediately and all remaining balance forfeited.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at ulartoto. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.
• Notify Ulartoto immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Keeping your personal information up to date and accurate at all times.

Ulartoto reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to requesting copies of your identification card, utility bills, or other documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Ulartoto only accepts payments via legitimate, recognised methods for the Malaysian market. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Accepted deposit methods are:

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not accepted.
• Ulartoto is not responsible for any delays caused by payment service providers.
• In the event of any suspicious deposit, Ulartoto reserves the right to withhold payment until the investigation is concluded.

5Winnings Withdrawal

Ulartoto is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 each transaction.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.
• Standard processing time is between 15 minutes to 60 minutes for most methods. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 business hours.
• First withdrawals from a new account may require additional identity verification (KYC).
• Ulartoto does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. However, some banks or e-wallets may apply their own processing fees.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Ulartoto offers a range of attractive bonuses and promotions for registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which must be met before any withdrawal can be made:

• Welcome Bonus: Bonus rates and rollover requirements apply as stated on the promotions page at the time of registration.
• Rollover Requirement: The rollover amount is calculated based on (deposit + bonus) × the specified multiplier. For example: if the rollover requirement is 5x and your deposit + bonus totals RM 200, you must place bets amounting to RM 1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not utilised within that period will expire automatically.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active per account at any one time.
• Different games may contribute at different rollover rates. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for more details.
• Ulartoto reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or misuse is detected.

7General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ulartoto are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except under specific technical circumstances as determined by Ulartoto.
• In the event of any technical error during a sporting event, ulartoto reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake.
• For cricket, football, badminton, and other sports betting: if a match is postponed or cancelled outright without a result, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Ulartoto uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all casino games. Game results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and table. Current limits are displayed within the game interface.

8Responsible Gaming

Ulartoto takes its commitment to responsible gaming very seriously. We provide the following tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on what you can afford.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on losses within a specified time period.
• Time Out: Take a break from all betting activity for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Restricting account access for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently.

10Ulartoto's Right to Suspend or Terminate Accounts

Ulartoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit the system, including the use of multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions.
• The use of unauthorised third-party software, bots, or automated methods.
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other members.

In the event of a valid account termination due to a breach of terms, Ulartoto reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and winnings associated with the violating activity.

11Liability Disclaimer

Ulartoto services are provided "as is" and "as available". ulartoto makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted platform availability at all times (although we strive to achieve 99.9% uptime).
• The accuracy of any information, content, or data displayed on the platform.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform, technical disruptions, or internet connection failures.

Ulartoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. Our liability is limited solely to amounts directly credited to your account by us.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute may be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.

By using the Ulartoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all referenced supporting documents, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
